Due to the nature of The Hair Room products

there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS

 

We only give an exchange if it’s an error on our end.

• Standard orders are fulfilled within 15 - 21 business days after the date of purchase. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding all holidays. Rush orders are fulfilled within 7 -10 business days. You have the option to rush any order for a fee of $50. A SHIPPING FEE IS APPLIED TO EACH ORDER A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for your package after it is with the post office carrier. NO REFUNDS ; NO EXCHANGES
